So, you want to make your own stable eh? First thing's first you must have AT LEAST one human character.
Next, fill out this form:
Stable name:
Stable Type: (Breeding, training, sponsorship, competitive, or combination)
Current stable condition: (This will effect the price of the stable you buy) //Poor, needs some repairs, good condition, or empty lot)
Add-ons:
Available add-ons + prices:
Breeding barn (25,000 bills or 2 DC)
Training area (20,000 Bills, or 2 DC)
Veterinarian station (50,000 bills or 5 DC)
Custom Stable (up to 50 stalls) : 120,000 Bills or 12 DC
Stable conditions:
Poor: 10,000 bills or 1 DC
Needs repairs: 25,000 bills or 2 DC
Good condition: 75,000 bills or 7 DC
Lot: 5,000 bills
